Club meetings: the Club held 4 meetings in 2012.

Legislation: the Club supported and provided testimony for House Bill 2806, formally recognizing the 'Aha Moku system and establishing the 'Aha Moku Advisory Committee in the DLNR to advise the Chair and BLNR on a system of best practices for traditional management of natural resources.

Indigenous cultural and resource management activities: the Club supported aha moku activities throughout the islands; presented U.S. Pacific Island Indigenous People’s traditions and climate change adaptions through stories, artifacts, chants and cultural demonstrations - limu and poi pounding - at the National Museum of the American Indian in Washington, D.C.; participated in 'Uala planting at Lunalilo Home; enjoyed the Hawai'i Maoli fundraiser with club officers and spouses; developed resolutions for the AOHCC Annual Meeting to be held in Washington, D.C. this October; and celebrated the signing of Act 212 (HB 2806) in Governor Neil Abercrombie’s office.
